At NuMoon Whisper, every item is handcrafted with care. Because many of our products are one-of-a-kind or handmade, we ask that you review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Items must be:

* Unused
* In their original condition
* Returned in the original packaging

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

* Custom or personalized orders
* Sale or clearance items
* Gift cards

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
