Bring a serene, celestial atmosphere into your home with the "Under the Laurel Tree" handcrafted indigo batik wall hanging. Blending traditional natural indigo dyeing with freehand Eastern aesthetics, this tapestry depicts a delicate crescent moon adorned with star specks suspended above a graceful laurel tree resting quietly in the night air.
Meticulously hand-drawn using specialized wax-resist tools on smooth, supple aged cotton fabric, each piece features organic ice-crackle lines embedded naturally within the design. Because every tapestry is individually hand-dyed with plant-based indigo, no two pieces are ever identical, giving you a truly one-of-a-kind work of textile art.
This scroll arrives ready to display out of the box. Its peaceful, ethereal ambiance complements Wabi-Sabi, Zen, Minimalist, Bohemian, and vintage interior styles.
