Lotus Heart of Tea Bowl is a handmade indigo batik painting on 100% cotton — a deep indigo field where reserved white lines shape a tea bowl, a meditating figure, and a dried lotus.
Tea is for calming the mind; the lotus is the image of ethereality. In a few simple lines, this piece expresses an oriental Zen aesthetic — one tea, one thought; quiet and serene. Made for tea rooms, meditation corners, and slow quiet spaces.
Hand-drawn in hot wax and dyed in natural indigo — every piece is one of a kind.
